How do I log into the Portal?
Go to the Parent/Student Portal by clicking on the myASA link at the top-right corner of the website. Once you click on the Gradelink logo, it will open the Gradelink login portal in a new browser tab, where you must enter the school ID, username and password. All returning parents and returning students (that have access) will continue to use the same username and password used during the previous school year. Remember that your username is NOT your email address. The password must be typed EXACTLY as you have it set up, including capital and small letters.
New parents received their username and a temporary password once the enrollment process is complete.
What if I don’t remember my password?
Once you are on the Gradelink portal login page, click the “Forgot Password” link (below the username and password fields). You will need to use the email address that is connected to your account, which should be the one that the school has on file as your primary email address. Instructions will then be emailed to you with your login information. If you receive a message that says “Error: Login credentials not recognized. Please try again or contact your administrator.” please contact the school.
What if I don’t have a profile?
If your family uses only one email address, or you gave only one email address to the school for our database, only one profile could be created for your family (mother OR father). However, you may want both parents to receive emails from the school, and therefore may want two login profiles. Both will lead to the same information for your child(ren) in the portal, but will give each parent options to subscribe to certain announcements and receive all emails sent to parents. If you would like to add a profile for a second parent, please contact the school with each parent’s name and corresponding email address with a note that you would like a second profile created in the portal.
How do I change my password to something that is easier to remember?
Once you are logged into the Gradelink portal, hover over your name and the profile icon in the top right corner. It will drop down a list of items. Click “My Settings,” and your profile settings page will come up with the page where you can change your password. Note that you need to know your current password to be able to change it.
